OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER SUCH INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION WAS

AGREES THAT jeffhock.com SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO USER, OR ANYONE,
FOR THE STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY OF THE SERVICE. In sum, in no
event shall jeffhock.com' total liability to you for all damages, losses, and
causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to jeffhock.com, if any, that is
related to the cause of action.

Agreement, "User Data" shall mean all information (if any) submitted

trading data, credit card numbers, checking account numbers, etc.
"Individually Identifiable User Data" shall mean that subset of
"User Data" which can be reasonably used to identify a specific
individual such as their name, address, phone number, etc. The User Data shall

courts located within the county of Phuket in Southern Thailand.

of these Terms of Participation shall not constitute a waiver of such right or
provision. If any provision of these Terms of Participation is found by a court
of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the
court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in
the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms of Participation shall
remain in full force and effect.

User agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any
claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the
these Terms of Participation must be filed within one (1) year after such claim
or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

only and have no legal or contractual effect.
