Slide.com gets $50m in 4th round VC funding

Rumor is that Slide.com CEO was seeking a $200m valuation but got a bidding war started up that put it at a valuation of $550m by Fidelity Investments and T. Rowe Price
Slide.com is a widget company with 150m or so users but no revenue stream. They are transitioning into starting to focus on selling ads.
Valuation is $3.60 usd per user.
